This fun recipe is made of Tuna fillets, vegetables and pineapple cut in cubes and carefully placed in skewers for a fun and enjoyable Tuna Kebabs.
Ingredients:
350g Tuna Fillet, cut 1/2” thick dice
Marinade:
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tbsp. dried thyme
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. iodized salt
2 tsp. black pepper
1 tbsp. Cajun seasoning
6 pcs. Wooden skewers
1 pc. Green bell pepper, big dice
1 pc. Red bell pepper, big dice
1 white onion, quartered
Procedure:
Combine all marinade ingredients with Tuna Fillet. Rub well.
Allow tuna fillet to marinate for 1 hour, chilled.
Arrange skewers by placing tuna fillet and vegetables alternately.
Heat grill. Place kebabs in heated grill, allow to cook 1 minute each side, baste with remaining marinade.
Season each kebab with Cajun seasoning on the last turn.
Serve hot with steamed rice or pita bread.
