Ingredients:
- 250 g Tuna Ground Meat
- 4 tbsp. oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp. dark sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 5-6 cabbage leaves, minced
- 1/4 piece leeks (white portion), minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 pack fresh dumpling wrapper
- 2 tbsp. cooking oil
- 1/8 cup water
Procedure:
- Prepare filling by combining all ingredients. Mix well.
- Make pot stickers by getting a piece of the dumpling wrapper, place a tablespoon of the filling in the center of wrapper. Seal the edges by pressing all sides firmly.
- Create 6-8 folds by starting on one end, and folding your way to the other end.
- Heat cooking oil in a non-stick pan.
- Cook pot stickers until light brown, add water and cover the pan to allow the pot stickers to cook in its own steam, about 30 seconds.
- Remove cover, allow water to evaporate. Removed cooked pot stickers from pan and serve hot with soy sauce on the side.
