Tuna Gyoza Recipes




 Ingredients:
  • 250 g  Tuna Ground Meat
  • 4 tbsp. oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp. dark sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 5-6 cabbage leaves, minced
  • 1/4 piece leeks (white portion), minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 pack fresh dumpling wrapper
  • 2 tbsp. cooking oil
  • 1/8 cup water
Procedure:
  1. Prepare filling by combining all ingredients. Mix well.
  2. Make pot stickers by getting a piece of the dumpling wrapper, place a tablespoon of the filling in the center of wrapper. Seal the edges by pressing all sides firmly.
  3. Create 6-8 folds by starting on one end, and folding your way to the other end.
  4. Heat cooking oil in a non-stick pan.
  5. Cook pot stickers until light brown, add water and cover the pan to allow the pot stickers to cook in its own steam, about 30 seconds.
  6. Remove cover, allow water to evaporate. Removed cooked pot stickers from pan and serve hot with soy sauce on the side.
