Ingredients:
- 500 g Tuna Ground meat
- 100 g Citra Mina Peeled Shrimps, chopped
- 3 T Oyster sauce
- 1 stalk lemon grass (white part only)
- 1 T coriander leaves, chopped
- 1 tsp. sesame oil
- 1 egg, beaten
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking oil for deep-frying
Dipping sauce:
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 2Tbs sugar
- Sliced chilis
- Make sauce by combining the three ingredients. Set aside.
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Shape tuna ground mixture to 8-10 portions.
- Add lemon grass sticks at the center vertically.
- Heat Oil. Carefully lay each piece in the hot oil.
- Turn the patty on the other side to get an even color.
- Remove from heat when patty becomes golden in color.
- Drain in paper towels. Serve hot.
- Serves 4 persons.
