Tuna Recipes


Ingredients:
  • 500 g  Tuna Ground meat
  • 100 g Citra Mina Peeled Shrimps, chopped
  • 3 T Oyster sauce
  • 1 stalk lemon grass (white part only)
  • 1 T coriander leaves, chopped
  • 1 tsp. sesame oil
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking oil for deep-frying
Dipping sauce:
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 2Tbs sugar
  • Sliced chilis
Procedure:

  1. Make sauce by combining the three ingredients. Set aside.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Shape tuna ground mixture to 8-10 portions.
  3. Add lemon grass sticks at the center vertically.
  4. Heat Oil. Carefully lay each piece in the hot oil.
  5. Turn the patty on the other side to get an even color.
  6. Remove from heat when patty becomes golden in color.
  7. Drain in paper towels. Serve hot.
  8. Serves 4 persons.
